Job Description

Our excellent office manager is relocating to another city. We are seeking a person who is extremely professional, personable, well groomed, organized, efficient and above all a team player. You must have at least 5 years experience in running a busy medical practice. Experience in Allergy billing and coding is preferred. Office is busy and you will be managing two locations. Work includes personnel management, payroll, insurance- billing and coding, overview of patient appointments, supervising staff, hiring and maintaining employee work schedules are ALL required. Office manager should be skilled in electronic health records, HIPPA, OSHA, health insurances, health insurance applications, hospital privileges, credentialing, insurance renewals, and other jobs as related to maintaining a fully functioning medical office. Timeliness to work and excellent friendly, smiling attitude is expected at all times. Office manager also will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining physician's schedules including lectures, speaking engagements.

Excellent pay and benefits, including 401 K. Bonuses annually for performance. Paid vacation, and time off included. Interviews will start this week and looking to hire immediately. You will have 4 weeks with our current office manager before her relocation, for cross training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
